Overview
All sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. If you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option and refuse the order upon arrival, you remain fully responsible for paying the delivery charge.

Refunds
We do not issue refunds for any products or services. Once an order is placed and processed, the sale is considered final.

Sale items
Both regular-priced items and sale items are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any items, regardless of their price or promotional status.

We do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review your order, including product specifications and quantities, before completing your purchase.

Gifts
Items purchased as gifts or shipped directly to a gift recipient are subject to the same final sale policy. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or gift credits for unwanted items.

Shipping returns
Because we do not accept returns, please do not mail your product back to us. Any unauthorized returns mailed to our facility will not be processed or credited. As a reminder, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusing the package upon delivery does not cancel your obligation to pay the incurred shipping and delivery costs.
